Believe it or not, our little princess is almost 10 months old!!! At her last doctor's visit, two weeks ago, Celeste was 28 inches tall, and weighted 18 lbs, 7 oz! I can definitely feel that it's tougher to set the table, toss clothes into the washer, and prepare a bottle for Celeste, while holding her with one arm. My mother-in-law actually commented that my arms are getting considerably toned lately!
Celeste is also quite a social butterfly: she loves going to all kinds of parties, and play with other kids. The nightly trip to our development playground is also a ton of fun for the whole family. Celeste enjoys the baby slide, and of course, the swing. However, one of her biggest joys is to sit on the ground, and play with the wood chips that cover the playground. My challenge: keep the wood chips out of her mouth!

t gotten her first tooth, but she's waiting diligently. She pulls everything into her mouth, and rubs her gums on anything she finds. Her favorite chew-things: lychees, watermelon and plates! She also loves cheese!!! I wasn't going to offer her cheese at 6 months, but when she basically screamed for it, I had no choice. Over the past 4 months Celeste became quite a cheese connoisseur.

In less than 3 weeks we will finally see Alicia, Felix, Kameron and Gabriel!!! We're all really looking forward to the trip -- it's been entirely too long since we were all together. Oh, and don't worry Alicia, you'll never be a stranger to Celeste!!!
