I gained 5 pounds back. I am measuring 38 weeks now. Baby's heartbeat sounded good. He asked if I felt like she has dropped, and said that she is down more. I am feeling a bit crampy since he checked me. He said I am 2 cm dilated and about 50% effaced and it could be any time now. He stripped my membranes as well.
After my appt yesterday, I contracted all day with some pretty intense contractions. I thought I was in real labor. I went back up to my doctor and he checked me and I was still the same as the morning. I couldn't believe it. Then he let me know when you have your membranes stripped, it causes FALSE intense contractions. Ahh, thanks.
I am to walk in to see him next Wednesday, the 14th (if we make it that far).

I had my membranes stripped with Colton ans Slade- so Im sending good vibes your way and hoping they help you dialate! Being pregnant is so exhausting in every aspect!!! I wish I was there to help with the boys!
